Abstracts not accompanied by payment of registration fee may not be accepted. However, abstract/presentation is not necessary for the conference registration (and hence participation).

Accomodation

Chandigarh has an excellent range of hotels like JW Marriott, Taj Hotel, Lemon Tree Hotel, Hotel Shivalikview, Hotel Park Plaza, Hotel Hometel, Hotel Parkview, Hotel Royal Palace to stay and suit to the visitor’s plans, budget and liking. Limited accommodation in guest houses would be attempted on applicable charge basis, subject to their availability. As per availability, this would be served on the first come, first served basis. Twin-sharing of the guest house/rooms is also an option in case of constraints.

Abstract Format Instructions

• One page abstract.
• Times New Roman 12 pt font should be used for the entire contents of your abstract (Title, Byline, Body).
• The title of your abstract should be on the first line and it should be in capitalized case and sentence case, and centered horizontally.
• The second line should be the authors' names in the order in which you want them to appear including a superscript number denoting their affiliations.
• There must not be more than 300 words in the body of the abstract.
• Margins should be set at 1 inch on all four sides of the page.
• The final version should be submitted as soft copy MS Word Document (or similar). Please do not submit a PDF format.
